2013 - The Year to Revive Real Estate Values

In the real estate marketplace, environmental contamination reduces property values. The Reynolds Group continues to enhance real estate values by reducing the stigma and liability associated with contamination and obtaining No Further Action Letters from various environmental regulatory agencies.

Here are just a few examples of cases in 2013 that TRG has closed for small business owners:
  • a former gasoline station on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills, California, needed a proactive consultant to dot the "i’s and cross the “t’s” to receive closure for a valuable real estate transaction
  • a soils sampling project in Hollywood, California, at a local Los Angeles Police Station
  • a underground storage tank (UST) removal in La Mirada, California, at a manufacturing facility
  • a car wash that formerly had a fueling operation and the State Board closed the case over the OCHCA
  • a former fueling facility lying on a fault with odd groundwater conditions where TRG performed active in-situ remediation that led to plume elimination
  • a former dry cleaner in Echo Park next to a public school receive site closure from the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) with a “deed restriction”
  • a former gas station and auto repair shop that the LARWQCB closed the case after soil and groundwater assessment  was completed
